How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and will be added during your purchase process according to the country and province you select for shipping.
The shipping rates are:
Spain (Mainland): € 4.99 (on orders over € 80 free shipping cost)
Spain (Balearic Islands): € 19.99
Spain (Canary Islands): € 25.99
Ceuta and Melilla: € 29.99
Portugal: € 5.99
Rest of Europe: from € 9.99 depending on destination (calculated on the order confirmation page)

Almazara Maitino is not responsible for customs fees or other fees / amounts charged in the country / location where the shipment is received.
In the case of non-acceptance of the order on delivery and it is returned back to the warehouse, the additional costs will be deducted from the refund.

Is it possible to change the size / model or make a return?
If once the order is received it is not satisfied, Almazara Maitino allows its exchange or return within a period of fifteen calendar days from the date of receipt and as long as the item has not been used, damaged and is in its original packaging.
Size change:
You can request the change of size if it is available in stock by sending an email to info@almazaramaitino.com.
Change of model:
To change one model for another, you must send us an email to info@almazaramaitino.com, indicating the order number, name and ID, and you will also have to indicate the reason for the change.
All returns must be made in their original packaging, including the invoice or delivery note inside the original box. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its status and proceed to send the new item if you have requested a return for exchange or, where appropriate, we will make the refund within a period of approximately 5 days.
How do I receive my refund money?
A credit to your credit card account.
If you have paid via PayPal, you will receive the payment in your same PayPal account.
If you have paid by bank transfer, we will contact you to request your full account number and make the payment directly to it.
How do I make the return?

You have up to 15 days after receiving your order to exchange it for another or request a return by mail:
In the next 15 days you will receive the amount of your refund. In the event that you have requested an exchange, you will receive the new pair within 2 to 3 business days from when we receive the returned item in the warehouse.
For orders outside of Spain in peninsular territory, returns will be made at the buyer’s expense. In this case, all fees and taxes associated with shipping are borne by the buyer in accordance with current legal provisions. In these shipments, the amount of the invoice in euros will be taken as the declared value for customs purposes.
